Admission Application
Trans-ekulu Girls welcomes you to their great citadel of learning. We are glad you are interested in enrolling your child in this school.
We welcome students into Junior Secondary One (JS1) and Senior Secondary One (SS1), but we also accept applications into other classes which are majorly decided by the school admissions team.
Applications usually opens in August till September of every academic year. We make acceptance decisions majorly by looking at your child’s past and current grades, recommendations and posting from school board.
Steps To Apply
Get the Required Documents Ready
These documents are required from applicants for JS1 - JS3
- Primary School Leaving Certificate/Testimonial
- Birth Certificate
- 2 Passport
- Recommendation Letter (From your former school)/Admission Slip
- Academic Transcripts
For applicants for SS1 - SS3;
- Junior School Certificate/Testimonial
- Birth Certificate
- 2 Passports
- Recommendation Letter (From your former school or teacher)
- Academic Transcripts
Submit An Online Application
Click on the apply link below (or anywhere else on this website) and you will be redirected to the admissions portal. Creating an account on the admissions portal is the first step to take while applying. NB: Remember to save your login details for future use.
Once you are done creating an account, you will be redirected to a page where you'll fill in yours and your child's information and also upload the pdf copies of the required documents.
You will receive a message from us following a successful submission of the application form
Acceptance Offer
You will receive a message from us concerning your application status, 2 to 3 weeks from the time of application submission.
Once you have your acceptance offer, append your signature to accept it and upload it on the admissions portal.
Schedule A Visit
Once your application has been successfully submitted and an offer accepted, use the admissions portal to schedule a visit to the school with your child. We are always eager to welcome you!
On the visitation day, you will join the admissions team for a school tour which will culminate in a short brief from the admissions team.
