A school debate organized by Enugu East local government area on the 25th of November, 2022  for youths which has in attendance all schools in Enugu East, saw Trans-ekulu Girls Secondary School emerge as the overall winner. The participating schools debated on two interesting topics the first of which was

Only free market economy (Capitalism) can guarantee socio- economic development in Nigeria not Socialism

The second topic for the grand finale was,

The problem with Nigeria is Leadership not Followership

Trans-ekulu Girls took first in all and emerged as the overall winner of the just concluded competition and were given the award trophy amidst jubilation from the students.
